Access is from the rear of the house into the living areas, with an ample lounge diner, a fully fitted kitchen and three, double bedrooms. The bedrooms share a shower room and a bathroom. The terrace of the lounge affords wonderful views of the sea and sunset and includes a built in BBQ. External stairs leads to a fourth bedroom and bathroom.
