Beautiful single storey modern style villa located on the hillside of Torre Solm with magnificent views of Son Bou beach.

Located in a quiet part of Torre Soli Nou the villa has private off road parking that gives access to the property.

The first area we find is the living room, comfortably furnished and equipped, which leads to a large covered dining terrace with fantastic views of the sea and a built-in barbecue.

To the right of the living room is the fully fitted kitchen with an adjoining dining area which also has doors leading to the terrace.

The villa has four air conditioned double bedrooms. The first large bedroom has direct access to the terrace with sea views and features a double bed and an en suite bathroom which is adapted for the disabled. A further twin bedroom also has an en suite bathroom while the remaining two twin bedrooms share a separate bathroom.

Steps lead down to the pool area and the rectangular shaped pool with Roman steps and the ample sun terraces equipped with outdoor furniture.

Should you have a large group it is possible to reserve the identical Villa which is situated next door.
