In line with the rest of our PREMIUM properties, the complex has been renambed and will now be SUNSET SUITES, with fresh and modern interior designs. Totally equipped, including air conditioning and wifi internet. The have 2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed, a full shower room and large dining-sitting area with open style kitchen, resulting in a functional and atractive area, with access to a terrace with impresive sea views.

The exterior will offer a large communal pool with terrace with sea views and complemented with sunbeds and balinese style beds.

The complex is located just 300 meters away from a supermarket and other stores and shops in the San Jaime area. At 600 meters you also have the Son Bou Commercial area, with an extense selecction of restaurants and bars. And just 800 away you can access the fantastic Son Bou beach, the largest of Menorca, with white sands, crystal clear waters and with all sorts of services.
The Sunset Suites have many access steps and are not suitable for people with limited mobility.
